How to ‘Print Preview’ in Internet Explorer
After clicking the ‘amber’ coloured “Click to Review & Print your Order” button a number of checks will be performed on your order to ensure that you haven’t missed out anything important. If those checks are passed OK, then a Print Window will appear.
In some versions of Internet Explorer the window that first appears only displays week1 for child 1.
To access the print Preview menu, simply click the right mouse button and select Print Preview from the drop down menu that appears.
You can scroll through the different pages of your order by clicking the arrows at the bottom of the window.
TIP: If you select your printer as “pdf” you will be able to print your order to a file that you save on your hardrive. This may be more convenient than printing numerous pages.
